3. Products & Pricing

  • Accuracy: We strive to display product colors and images as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
  • Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time.
  • Billing: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information for all transactions. The total price specified at checkout is the final amount you will be charged. We do not apply hidden surcharges.

4. Orders & Payments

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant gateways.

5. Shipping & Fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled through our dedicated logistics network to ensure reliable delivery to our customers.

  • Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday).

  • Delivery: All orders include door-to-door tracking information provided upon dispatch.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our return policy lasts 30 days. We accept returns on opened and tested items, provided they are in original packaging and show no signs of heavy use or damage.

  • Fees: A flat $9.00 USD return fee is deducted from refunds. We do not charge restocking fees ($0.00).
  • Process: You must receive an RMA and a specific authorized return address through our portal before shipping items back. Full details are available in our Refund Policy.

7. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nexara Reserve does not guarantee that your use of our service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexara Reserve’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

These Terms & Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
