2. Order Processing (Handling Time)

  • Handling Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday).
  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 3:00 PM (MST) will begin processing the following business day.
  • Once dispatched, you will receive an email containing your door-to-door tracking details.

3. Shipping & Fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled through our integrated logistics network. To maintain consistent stock levels and the fastest possible delivery, items are dispatched from our verified fulfillment centers. This model allows us to provide reliable service and competitive pricing to our customers.

4. Estimated Delivery Times (United States)

  • Standard Tracked Shipping: 5–9 business days
  • Total Estimated Delivery: 6–12 business days (Handling + Transit)

Note: These timeframes are estimates. All orders include full tracking visibility from dispatch to final delivery.

5. Shipping Costs

  • FREE Tracked Shipping: Available on all orders over $55.00 USD.
  • Standard Shipping: Orders below $55.00 USD incur a flat shipping fee of $8.50 USD.
  • All shipments include secure, door-to-door tracking emailed to you upon dispatch.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. Nexara Reserve is not responsible for shipments lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To ensure your return is processed quickly, you must obtain an RMA through our authorized system.

  • Return Fee: A flat fee of $9.00 USD applies to standard returns.

Shipping Rates: All fixed fees—including our $8.50 shipping fee, $55.00 free shipping threshold, and $9.00 return postage fee—are based on United States Dollars (USD).
