At Nexara Reserve, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. As a brand of Nexara Group LLC, we offer a transparent return process to ensure a smooth experience.

1. Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Item Condition

We accept returns on items that are:

  • Opened and tested (provided they show no signs of damage or heavy use).
  • In their original packaging with all included accessories.
  • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.

3. Return Fees & Shipping

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Return Fee: A flat fee of $9.00 USD will be deducted from your refund to cover return processing.
  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees ($0.00).
  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Nexara Reserve will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you. Please contact us immediately at sales@nexarareserve.com.

4. How to Start a Return

To ensure your return is processed quickly, you must use our authorization system:

  1. Visit our Return Portal: https://www.nexarareserve.com/pages/return
  2. Alternatively, Email Us: Contact sales@nexarareserve.com with your order number.
  3. Receive Your RMA: Once approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the authorized return shipping address.

Important Note: Please do not ship returns to our Wyoming administrative office unless specifically instructed. Returns sent without an RMA or to the incorrect address may experience significant delays.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: custom/personalized products, perishable/hygiene-sensitive goods, hazardous materials, gift cards, or final-sale items.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval outcome. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days back to your original payment method (minus the $9.00 flat fee where applicable).

Shipping Rates: All fixed fees—including our $8.50 shipping fee, $55.00 free shipping threshold, and $9.00 return postage fee—are based on United States Dollars (USD).
